"Student" means a learner registered on the Platform to access educational content and services.

"Parent" or "Guardian" means a parent or legal guardian of a Student who has authority to manage the Student's account.

"Tutor" means an educator, teacher, or instructor providing educational services through the Platform.

"Content" means all educational materials, videos, text, images, quizzes, assignments, and other materials available on the Platform.

"Service" means any educational service, course, tutorial, or learning program offered through the Platform.

3. User Registration and Account Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Age Requirements

Students under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use the Platform. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Platform and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Princip provides a comprehensive learning management platform that includes:

4.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests will be handled as follows:

Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed

Partial refund may be provided on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of subscriptions

No refunds for completed courses or accessed premium content

Technical issues preventing access will be resolved or refunded at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Princip, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Princip, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
